All X, Y, Z Axis “servo motor” driving system: All axis driven by brush-less type, high torque AC servo motors.
Automatic glue cleaning system with water.
User Friendly, Touch Screen for easy setting the drilling and dowel insertion projects
The rigid steel frame construction has been stressed relieved prior to finish machining to provide repeatability and accuracy.
Linear guides and sliding blocks are prismatic pre-load with re-circulation bearings to ensure maximum rapid traverse and precision.
The X axis is equipped with a precision rack & pinion driving system.
The Y & Z axis utilizes a ball screw assembly complete with the pre-load and ground screw for long life and optimum accuracy.
